Senior Hospitality Leader

Senior Hospitality Leaders play a crucial role in supporting restaurant operations, with a specific focus on dining room and drive-thru service. They ensure daily operations run smoothly and hold team members accountable to the highest standards of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

Their two primary responsibilities are to complete operational tasks that keep the restaurant running effectively and to coach and develop team members to reach their full potential. Senior Hospitality Leaders lead by example, setting the standard and creating an environment others are inspired to follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
