What will you do as a Rolex Sales Liaison?
The Rolex Liaison (Sales Manager) is responsible for leading and elevating the Rolex business within the store, serving as the primary steward of the Rolex and Diamond Cellar brand, client experience, and sales performance. This role provides leadership to the Rolex sales and front of house teams, ensures strict adherence to Rolex brand standards, and builds long-term client relationships through exceptional service, expertise, and operational excellence. The successful candidate combines strong luxury sales leadership with deep product knowledge and a passion for delivering an unparalleled client experience.
Sales Leadership & Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the Rolex sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
- Drive consistent sales performance through goal setting, performance monitoring, and ongoing feedback.
- Actively participate in high-level client interactions, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point when needed.
Brand Stewardship & Client Experience
- Serve as the brand ambassador for Rolex and Diamond Cellar, ensuring all client interactions, presentations, and store environments reflect Rolex and Diamond Cellar standards and values.
- Deliver a world-class, personalized client experience focused on long-term relationship building rather than transactional sales.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Rolex collections, heritage, and craftsmanship, and ensure the team remains knowledgeable and compliant with brand guidelines.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow a strong portfolio of Rolex clients, with a focus on long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee client follow-up, appointment scheduling, and after-sales service coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support fair and consistent client allocation practices in alignment with Rolex guidelines and company standards.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Rolex brand standards, policies, and merchandising guidelines.
- Partner with store leadership on inventory visibility, allocation strategy, and presentation of Rolex timepieces.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and operational processes related to Rolex sales and client interactions.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner closely with Store Management, Operations, and Marketing teams to align Rolex initiatives with broader store goals.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of Rolex sales professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the sales team.
- Lead and participate in store opening and closing procedures ensuring all company and safety standards are met.
What are we looking for in a Rolex Sales Liaison?
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with prior leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of high-end clienteling and relationship-based selling.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent a prestigious luxury brand with discretion, professionalism, and confidence.
- Experience selling luxury watches or fine jewelry; Rolex experience a plus.
- Must be able work on weekends
- Multilingual in Spanish and/or Cantonese, a plus
