About the Role
We’re looking for a Healthcare Hospitality Sales Representative with a strong background in staffing and business development. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, developing long-term relationships, and navigating staffing bid processes to secure partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities seeking hospitality staff (EVS, food service, patient transport, etc.)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, meetings, networking, and RFP processes
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
  • Track and manage sales activity using internal CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of staffing sales experience within the past 5 years (required)
  • Proven success in business development and client acquisition
  • Experience in staffing bid and proposal processes
  • Reliable transportation for client meetings and visits
  • Ability to interview and begin work immediately
