Job Summary
• This role is responsible for developing marketing plans in collaboration with global marketing and go-to-market marketing functions while ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic frameworks. The role also defines the global commercial landscape by analyzing competitors, partners, and consumer behaviors, and participates in the development and execution of the go-to-market OPEX budget. The role further leads the maintenance of a sales intelligence dashboard, fosters third-party relationships to enhance offerings, and applies advanced subject matter knowledge to lead and contribute to complex projects.

Responsibilities
• Develops marketing plans in partnership with global marketing function and go-to-market marketing functions.
• Drives alignment of marketing plan with business priorities, goals, and strategic framework by business units and category.
• Defines the global commercial landscape by analyzing competitors, partners, and consumer behaviors.
• Participates in the development and execution of the go-to-market OPEX budget by conducting risk assessments and opportunity assessments, and identifying investment opportunities.
• Monitors and executes budget adjustments in alignment with go-to-market changes and category priorities.
• Partners with global marketing function, commercial functions, and go-to-market functions to develop end-to-end toolkits and initiatives that can be utilized across various go-to-markets.
• Leads maintenance of sales intelligence dashboard to feed account selection strategy using available insights, segment dashboard, and sales inputs/prioritization.
• Maintains and develops third-party relationships aimed at enhancing offerings throughout the product, service, and solutions lifecycle for specific segments or industries.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.


Education & Experience Recommended
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business & Management, Data Science or eCommerce or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or a related field.

• Typically has 2 years of work experience within HP.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
