Description -

The Strategy Lead for Advanced Computing Solutions owns the global marketing strategy, aligning business priorities with actionable plans that drive growth across the full buyer journey. This role defines the “who, what, where, and how” of our B2B approach—shaping audience and buying group strategy, content and messaging priorities, and key touchpoints to maximize pipeline impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end buyer journey strategy: define target audiences, key personas, priority segments, and the right message and touchpoints for each stage of the funnel.
  • Develop content marketing strategy - ensuring message and content aligns with customer pain points and drives progression through the journey.
  • Drive segment-specific strategies (based on company size & profile) grounded in business goals, marketing performance insights, and future growth priorities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to connect strategy to execution—ensuring countries have the playbooks, content, and support needed to activate effectively.
  • Partner with country teams to track funnel performance, identify conversion gaps, and optimize channel mix and marketing investments.
  • Lead development of briefs, plans, and executive updates to ensure alignment across cross-functional internal & external teams.
  • Serve as the central strategist tying together the commercial marketing story across segments, audiences, content, touchpoints, and pipeline metrics.

Key Deliverables:

  • Annual/quarterly journey strategies and segment briefs
  • Target audience maps, buying group definitions, and journey frameworks
  • Message frameworks and content priorities per stage
  • Country-facing activation playbooks and strategic guidance
  • Executive updates on segment strategy, performance, and pipeline ROI

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years in B2B strategy, enterprise marketing, or demand generation roles
  • Experience owning full-funnel marketing strategies and working across personas and buying groups
  • Data-driven with a strategic mindset and passion for connecting insights to execution
  • Deep understanding of IT tech buyer behavior and account-based marketing principles
  • Strong collaborator who can lead through influence across verticals, campaigns, content, and regional teams
  • Comfortable working in technical industries, with the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling, pain point-driven value propositions and buyer experiences

The pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
