Job Summary
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the accurate review, processing, adjudication, and tracking of all warranty claims submitted by Tadano America and its authorized Dealer Network throughout the Pan-America Region. This role serves as a key liaison between dealers, internal stakeholders, and Tadano factories to ensure timely resolution, financial accuracy, and compliance with warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related communication with the dealer network and Tadano factories across the Pan-America Region.
• Receive, review, validate, and adjudicate warranty claims for accuracy, completeness, technical eligibility, and compliance with warranty policies.
• Identify quality defects, processing errors, and warranty coverage determinations, escalating complex or disputed claims as required.
• Maintain a minimum 90% claim processing completion within 24 hours, supporting customer satisfaction and dealer confidence.
• Process factory reimbursement credit memos and issue corresponding credits to distributors and direct customers.
• Accurately record and maintain warranty, financial, and supporting documentation in ERP and internal systems.
• Track claims submitted to factories through final disposition and reimbursement.
• Support internal audits, warranty reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives related to warranty processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, parts, and finance teams to resolve recurring issues and improve claim quality.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior warranty administration experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or automotive sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret service documentation, repair narratives, and parts usage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar business software.
• ERP experience preferred, specifically SAP S/4HANA or comparable systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.

Pay Range
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (DOE)
