Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains shipping area in a clean and organized manner at all times
  • Ensures key areas of the shipping area and warehouse are designated and labeled to enhance organization
  • Completes a daily review with manager discussing needs for equipment receipt, equipment processing and equipment shipping
  • Ensures all outbound shipments are packed appropriately, shipped timely and meet deadlines for delivery
  • Responsible for accurate inventory of equipment, parts and supplies
  • Uses critical thinking to make cost effective decisions regarding shipping
  • Ensures appropriate paperwork and records are well maintained
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate billing of shipments
  • Must maintain a neat appearance including the wearing of company uniform
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • High School Graduate or equivalent,
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past three years
  • Minimum of one year relevant work experience
  • Must have experience with PC's, Microsoft software and RF scanners
  • Pass a DOT Medical Card PhysicalΒ 
  • Forklift experience a plus

Abilities and Skills:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform math calculations
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude toward all customer contacts and company employees
  • Ability to move 150 pounds
