Overview

CAB Enterprises, Inc ('CAB Enterprises, or the 'Company') is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in the Unites States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.

Position Summary

As the Warehousing and Inventory Specialist, you are a vital contributor to the success of Electrolit's supply chain and distribution processes. Your dedication to maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage, and ensuring operational efficiency is key to meeting customer demands and organizational goals. Your expertise ensures that products are readily available for order fulfillment, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency and competitiveness of the warehouse or distribution center.

Location: Houston TX (on-site)

Principal Duties

  • Ensure an adequate supply of recurring items and products, as well as proper handling and custody of inventory, verifying the accuracy of goods records and the integration of data in the product catalog maintained by different warehouses, as well as the information comprising of details.
  • Define CEDIS logistics strategy between warehouses.
  • Track third-party logistics/shipping performance.
  • Review inventory policies.
  • Track inventory transfers between warehouses.
  • Audit that the schedule, direct, and control the activities of receiving, dispatching, registering, and controlling goods intended for use and/or consumption by the Center's departments.
  • Manage through 3PL that the goods received at established warehouses meet the quantity, quality, specifications, and timely requirements specified in the orders, requisitions, or contracts, and provide the corresponding acceptance to the supplier if necessary.
  • Control supply vouchers and report periodically on goods delivered to requesting departments as established.
  • Audit the 3PL maintain records and control maximum and minimum inventory levels, forwarding purchase requisitions to the procurement department to replenish inventory to the minimum level in the warehouse.

Qualifications

  • 3- 5 years of experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • WMS, TMS, and ERP systems experience.
  • Experience in managing warehouse operations, coordinating with warehouse providers, and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, PPT, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system strongly preferred

Other Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish strongly preferred
