Territory Sales Manager

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a specialty hydraulic tubing manufacturer to find a driven Territory Sales Manager to join their growing team in the Metro Houston area. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing territory strategy, and driving revenue growth across distributor and OEM channels.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding an established territory, working with a diverse customer base, and acting as a key contributor to the company’s continued success in a strong and stable market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory with a focus on long-term revenue expansion
- Build relationships across all levels of customer organizations, from counter staff to executive leadership
- Maintain and expand business with distributors and OEM customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Utilize CRM tools and technology to track activity, manage pipeline, and improve performance
- Represent the company’s product line with professionalism and technical understanding
Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience with a track record of success
- Background in commodity materials such as pipe, valves, flanges, or tubing preferred
- Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments, with distribution experience strongly preferred
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a territory like a business
- Comfortable using technology including CRM systems and AI tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
