Job Description
The Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Industrial Solutions is responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across an assigned customer portfolio and defined geographic territory. This role requires strong field execution, technical sales expertise, and customer relationship development. The TAM acts as the primary face of INS to clients, representing the company and its partners with professionalism and discipline. The TAM works closely with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), Sales Engineers (SEs), Solution Specialists, and partners to develop opportunities, provide value-based solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
