Your Impact:

As a member of the Corastone People team, you will be primarily responsible for recruiting top-tier talent critical to driving our company's growth strategy. In this role, you will own the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positionsβ€”identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. You will have the opportunity to recruit across both technical and non-technical teams at Corastone.


Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various aspects of Corastone's people development initiatives. This includes responsibilities such as onboarding, career progression, performance management, and fostering employee engagement. Working closely with the Head of People, Managers, and Staff, you will drive the implementation of diverse HR initiatives frameworks, ensuring consistent execution across the US and alignment with the existing approach.

You will function as a talent manager for our US team, making substantial contributions to a rapidly expanding, industry-changing company and growing along with it.


About you:

  • Proven Experience: You should have 1 to 3 years (maximum) of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your experience should demonstrate your capability to effectively identify, engage with, and assess candidates for various tech roles. (Experience in a startup/consulting firm would be a valuable addition.)
  • Strong Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English is highly desired. Candidates with native or near-native fluency will be valued for their language skills.
  • A comprehensive grasp of the local and US talent markets, coupled with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively recruit for mid to senior-level positions, reflecting a discerning ability to spot high-caliber talent.
  • Proficiency in US labor laws, ensuring compliance in recruitment and HR practices.
  • Eagerness to embrace the startup environment and contribute to the development and enhancement of HR processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is required.
  • Time Zone Availability: The ability to work effectively in the CST/EST time zone is required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team.

  • This U.S.-based position offers a competitive base salary that varies depending on the candidate’s location. Pay ranges may differ for specific regions.
  • The role is flexible, allowing for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Our office is located in Houston, and while you're welcome to work from the office whenever you choose, it’s not a requirement.
  • Candidates must reside within the United States to be considered.
