Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT System Administrator to join our dynamic technology team. This role focuses on the deployment, support, and administration of hybrid cloud environments, secure networked storage systems (NAS), Microsoft services, and multi-platform endpoints including macOS. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Azure, AWS, Exchange, and a solid understanding of endpoint management across macOS environments.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS) and on-prem systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Manage and support NAS environments, including configuration, permissions, and data integrity.
- Oversee Microsoft Exchange Online, including mailbox policies, retention settings, and hybrid configurations.
- Support and secure macOS endpoints, ensuring proper configuration, patching, access control, and integration with enterprise tools (MDM, identity management, remote support).
- Maintain core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks aligned with disaster recovery plans.
- Support scripting and automation tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts; respond to and resolve Tier 2/3 support escalations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for infrastructure, processes, SOPs, and configurations.
- Collaborate on IT projects such as system migrations, cloud architecture improvements, and security hardening.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Hands-on experience with NAS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS architecture and services.
- Expertise in Exchange Online and Office 365 administration.
- Solid experience managing and troubleshooting macOS endpoints.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routing/switching).
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash) for task automation and system tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- 3+ years as a systems administrator or IT infrastructure experience required.
Required Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Expert
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

Compensation:
Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education/ Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
Communication Skills:
- Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents. English/ Spanish bilingual oral communication is a must.
Reasoning Skills:
- Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
Physical Demands:
- This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
Other skills:
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
