What to Expect
The Sr. Regional Sales Manager, Mobility will serve as the primary regional liaison for the OEM and is responsible for driving commercial growth within both the trailer and rapidly emerging zero-emission trucking sector. This role focuses on expanding Hyundai’s Class 8 hydrogen truck and trailer financing footprint by developing strategic partnerships, identifying new fleet and dealer opportunities, and advancing adoption of HTC’s commercial finance solutions across the dealer and fleet ecosystem. This role will establish and grow relationships with both dealers and the OEMs to grow and support sales goals including monitoring regional OEM and dealer performance to achieve region profitability objectives. In addition, this role is accountable for the acquisition of new commercial customers, dealer conversions, and fleet portfolio expansion by developing and executing the Region’s zero-emission vehicle and trailer growth strategy and supporting the adoption of new hydrogen ecosystem products and services launched by the company, including infrastructure financing, telematics-driven utilization models, fleet subscription packages, and emerging Class 8 technologies.
This role will leverage deep consultative selling capabilities to educate, motivate and support commercial truck and trailer dealerships, fleet customers, municipal agencies, logistics operators, and infrastructure partners within the assigned territory and promote and deploy HCA’s commercial lending and leasing programs to achieve annual originations, utilization, and profitability objectives.
What You Will Do
1. Drive dealer activation through consultative training, dealer-level KPI planning, and alignment of floorplan and inventory-line strategies for both hydrogen trucks and trailers. Educate stakeholders on HCA’s commercial credit programs, TRAC lease structures, municipal leasing options, and hydrogen truck lifecycle economics.
2. Develop and grow HCA’s hydrogen truck and trailer finance portfolio across assigned markets, with emphasis on dealership expansion, fleet acquisition, and new-market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial truck dealerships, Hyundai Translead trailer dealers, fleet operators, municipal procurement teams, logistics companies, and refueling/infrastructure partners.
3. Manage the pipeline of commercial credit applications, supporting dealers through submission, structuring, and contracting processes to ensure high-quality originations.
4. Partner with HQ and OEM commercial sales organization to support go-to-market efforts and align financing programs with product launches, incentives, and fleet deployment schedules.
5. Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive threats, and policy/regulatory developments impacting hydrogen trucking adoption.
