Operate alongside a team member to ensure consistency and output on production equipment.
Inspect and maintain dismantling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Evaluate pallet components for reuse based on established quality standards.
Stack, store, and dispose of pallet parts as appropriate (reusable vs. unusable).
Achieve or exceed daily production quotas.
Understand pallet types, components, and grading criteria.
Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
Report mechanical, process, or safety issues to site leadership.
Support teamwork and positive communication with facility staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience in pallet repair, construction, or woodworking preferred.
Familiarity with high-powered saws and general hand tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail when evaluating wood quality and safety risks.
High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required).
Equivalent experience or training will also be considered.
Prolonged standing and walking at workstations.
Repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of 75 lbs or more throughout the shift.
Exposure to a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required in production areas.
Occasional off-site work or travel may be required depending on operational needs.
