CDI custom curb adapters is looking to fill the position of Senior Regional Sales Representative (SRSR), preferably located in Houston, Texas.

Requirements

 

Your Role: Senior Regional Sales Representative

You will be the face of CDI in your region—building, strengthening, and energizing customer relationships, all while ensuring your plant’s revenue targets are not just met, but exceeded. In this dynamic, rewarding, and fun role you will be out in the field, on rooftops, and always on the move. 


What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive your assigned plant’s sales revenue (daily, weekly, monthly targets)

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and open new doors with prospective customers

  • Travel frequently within your region to meet with customers

  • Build quotes, place orders, and make site visits with confidence

  • Respond quickly to customer needs

  • Communicate ideas, strategies, and wins with your peers

  • Track progress, collaborate with the National Sales Rep on high-value accounts, and keep momentum going

  • Be present, contribute energy to sales and plant meetings

What You Bring to the Table

  • HVAC industry experience

  • A track record of building trust-based, results-driven relationships

  • Strong communication skills—both written and spoken

  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for personal growth

Salary Description
150,000 - 225,000
