SUMMARY:
This role will primarily drive recruitment for the Testing Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and referring applicants for technical, niche and hard-to-fill professional positions throughout the company.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process; sourcing, interviewing, engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation.
- Actively sources passive, qualified candidates for complex, hard-to-fill positions, including managerial and executive roles.
- Post open positions to appropriate sites, use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements, conduct prescreening interviews, phone interviews, and in person interview.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
- Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and directly to candidates. Coordinate start dates with applicant and hiring manager.
- Build networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to find and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Coordinate and manage the use of external recruitment agencies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to multi-task and follow through with minimal supervision required.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and external required.
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Project management experience required.
- ADP applicant tracking system experience a plus.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or experience

- Minimum 6+ years of Full Life Cycle Recruitment in Engineering or TIC sector.
- Extensive experience in direct & passive candidate sourcing utilizing applicant tracking systems and social media tools like LinkedIn to engage and recruit if necessary.
