About the Role

As a Senior Motion Designer at Viridien, you’ll be a driving force in bringing our brand to life through visuals and motions, shaping how our cutting-edge data technology and geoscience innovations are experienced across digital, spatial, and interactive mediums. This role sits at the intersection of motion design and immersive storytelling—ideal for a designer who combines conceptual thinking with hands-on execution.

We're looking for someone who brings creativity, precision, and a passion for pushing design boundaries. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that supports our global vision, translating complex ideas into dynamic visuals and motions that resonate across platforms. You’ll take projects from initial concept through final delivery, helping define Viridien’s identity in both digital and physical environments.

What You Will Do

• Translate concepts and narratives into immersive motion graphics and spatial design experiences.
• Develop 2D and 3D motion content for use in videos, presentations, digital signage, and branded environments.
• Support rapid prototyping and storytelling through storyboards, animation tests, and environmental mockups.
• Collaborate with creative leads, booth designers, marketing, business and digital teams to bring storytelling and UX concepts to life.
• Contribute to pitch decks, immersive presentations, and internal brand experimentation efforts.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in visual and motion design, preferably within tech, or agency environments.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite (especially After Effects), with working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal, or Revit.
• Strong ideation, visual storytelling, and prototyping skills.
• Ability to move fluidly between 2D, 3D, and interactive environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience working with AI Motion & video tools – Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney, Luma AI.  Geoscience interests or backgrounds.
