We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior HR Generalist to lead key HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle across our organization. This role requires a detail‑oriented, solution-focused professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a high‑performing HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage core HR functions including recruitment management, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and optimize HR processes within ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including requirements related to government contracts.
  • Provide proactive, solution‑oriented support to managers and employees by identifying answers, recommending options, and knowing when an issue requires escalation.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding training programs; experience using AI‑based training development platforms is a strong plus.
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure HR compliance and operational integrity.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. PHR/SPHR or similar certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist depth.
  • Demonstrated experience with ADP HRIS systems.
  • Experience in benefits management, performance management, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Experience supporting government contracts or regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience developing training content, especially using AI‑enabled tools, is a plus.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher is a plus, or willing to complete the DoD Security Clearance process for a Secret or higher clearance.
