We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior HR Generalist to lead key HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle across our organization. This role requires a detail‑oriented, solution-focused professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a high‑performing HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR functions including recruitment management, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain and optimize HR processes within ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including requirements related to government contracts.
- Provide proactive, solution‑oriented support to managers and employees by identifying answers, recommending options, and knowing when an issue requires escalation.
- Develop and deliver onboarding training programs; experience using AI‑based training development platforms is a strong plus.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure HR compliance and operational integrity.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. PHR/SPHR or similar certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist depth.
- Demonstrated experience with ADP HRIS systems.
- Experience in benefits management, performance management, onboarding, and compliance.
- Experience supporting government contracts or regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience developing training content, especially using AI‑enabled tools, is a plus.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher is a plus, or willing to complete the DoD Security Clearance process for a Secret or higher clearance.
