Role Description:
As a Senior HR Generalist your objective will be to lead and manage multiple areas of human resources for the organization, while building a strong working relationship with business leaders that results in a highly engaged workforce who excel at achieving operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in developing and executing HR processes that align with the company’s culture & goals with a strong focus in talent attraction & retention, engagement, training & development, performance management and total rewards.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company’s business goals.
- Manage talent attraction, selection & retention based on business needs/trends.
- Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement activities that align to business action plans.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee performance management process and partner with business leaders to execute the overall strategy.
- Network with other HR and business professionals to identify best practices that will drive positive results within the organization.
At a minimum we’d like you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, with experience managing a team.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in HR best practices and regulations.
- Working knowledge of HRIS/Payroll/ATS systems like ADP, UKG, Peoplesoft, Workday.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Proven experience executing enterprise level HR initiatives.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
It’s preferred if you have:
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Experience developing training programs for front-line and management level roles.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
- Exposure/knowledge to labor laws and employee relations.

- Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
