Sales Manager

Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Houston is hiring a full-time Sales Manager to lead our expanding team. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

As our Sales Manager, you'll earn a competitive salary of $85,000–$140,000 annually, plus bonuses. You'll also enjoy a company vehicle or vehicle allowance to support your travel needs.

All that you need is:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or management (plumbing/HVAC/contractor industry experience strongly preferred)
• Willingness to travel to San Antonio, TX periodically
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand basic plumbing terms and services
• Proficient with scheduling, CRM, or service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends

A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, plus knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards, is preferred for this position.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR SALES MANAGER?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend flexibility required.

As our Sales Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team and drive business development. You'll strategize for sales growth, mentor staff, optimize schedules, and maintain customer relationships. Additionally, you'll oversee reporting and financial accountability while periodically traveling to support our San Antonio operations.
