Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of residential construction projects.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide guidance and training to on-site personnel and subcontractors as needed.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Construction Manager in residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
