  • Manage a requisition load of ~15–20 positions (scaled up over time depending on season)
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Navigate and utilize applicant tracking systems (Paycom strongly preferred; experience with UltiPro, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar ATS also acceptable)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, military networks, and other channels
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide regular recruitment activity updates and pipeline reports to management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both blue-collar and white-collar candidates effectively
  • Self-starter who can take direction and run with it
