Cherry Talent Group is growing, and were looking for a recruiter who's ready to jump in, learn quickly, and grow with us. No recruiting experience? No problem. What matters most is that you're people-centric, self-motivated, and eager to connect great candidates with great companies — and that you genuinely smile when you talk to people. Well teach you the recruiting skills — you bring the heart and drive.

What You'll Do

From your favorite home office setup, you'll:

• Learn recruiting from the ground up — sourcing, interviewing, and connecting incredible people with companies where they can thrive.

• Connect with clients to understand their culture, values, and hiring needs.

• Help write job postings and source both active and passive candidates across industries.

• Screen candidates not just for skills, but for cultural fit — because great hires are more than just qualifications.

• Communicate openly and warmly with candidates and clients through every step of the process.

• Collaborate with your team, share ideas, and celebrate successes together.

• Use our proprietary C.O.R.E. Scorecard approach to support thoughtful, values-aligned talent recommendations. 

What Were Looking For

• No recruiting experience required — well train you.

• Hungry, motivated, and eager to learn.

• A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy.

• Tech-savvy with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Someone who naturally enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.

• Background in customer service, sales, business development, or similar people-focused roles is a plus — but not required.

• A communicator who leads with honesty, empathy, and authenticity.
