Job Summary

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for meeting the hiring needs by filling open positions with qualified and capable candidates. This entails full-cycle recruiting; sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating the interview operation and the processing of applicants, making hiring recommendations as well as facilitating the offers. The Recruiter will develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for PFS Group.  The Recruiter will also facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive and successful start with PFS Group.

 

 

Requirements

  • Professional presentation skills with clear verbal communication, proper grammar, and articulation
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Highly-organized with ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
  • The ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. OR Expertise in using recruitment technology and tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • At least three years dedicated corporate or staffing agency recruitment experience
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Demonstrated stable work history

 

Preferences

  • Prior call center, healthcare or collector/accounts receivable recruitment experience
  • Paycom ATS experience
  • AdobeSign experience

 

All candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment national background check.
