Schedule, build and manage the registration process for all Youth & Aquatic Programs
Distributes information for Youth & Aquatic programming using digital communication
Designs and creates print media for Youth& Aquatic programs
Schedule and maintain employee working schedules for Youth & Aquatic programs under supervision of department leadership
Ensure employee timecards are complete with correct punch in/outs
Input the commissions for employees from Jonas reports and class schedules
Review and approve all timecards at the end of each payroll period
Track and organize program attendance
Evaluate aquatic program participant performance & progress
Code and process all invoices for the department
Input the registration fees from Members for programs, events, camp & swim lessons in Jonas and/or Salesforce
Submit billing packets to the catering department for final processing
Create supply lists to submit for purchase based on weekly inventories
Oversee aquatics inventory through monthly counts and maintain Youth & Family Program inventory by receiving, organizing, and recording supplies and equipment as they arrive
Place orders through Food Trak for complimentary snack offerings
Run Jonas reports for commission and sales numbers as needed
Assist leadership at Youth & Aquatic events and Summer Camp programs as necessary
Act as the liaison for ROCC families participating in Youth and aquatic programs
Handle correspondence with parents and instructors
A minimum of 1 year of communications/marketing or similar role OR education in similar field
Possess American Red Cross Child & Adult CPR/AED or Lifeguard Certification or the ability to obtain it prior to your start date
Good knowledge of health and nutrition
Strong organizational and management skills
PC skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and internet capabilities
Readily able to learn multiple in-house software programs, some to a mastery level
Excellent administrative, telephone, organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in clear, concise and compelling written, verbal and listening communication skills
(Preferred) A minimum of 1 year of competitive swimming, aquatic programming, athletics OR similar field
