As a representative of SimplyHome, the Realtor Relations Coordinator provides administrative and creative support to strengthen relationships within the Realtor community across Houston, San Antonio, Dallas–Fort Worth and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, maintain and update social media content.
Assist and coordinate real estate classes and events.
Attend classes and industry events to provide logistical and administrative support. Coordinate and attend networking events with Realtor Relations Manager.
Drive communities and walk properties to ensure cleanliness prior to Open Houses.
Create, organize, and distribute collateral to give to real estate agents.
Provide assistance and support for any real estate agent focused events.
Assist in the realtor compensation process, which can include creating and updating reports in excel and working with other departments to ensure on-time payments.
Prepare and send weekly DocuSign agreements.
Assist with all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency/General Knowledge of:Canva and DocuSign.
Proficiency/General Knowledge of: Social Media, specifically:Instagram/Meta, LinkedIn.
Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically: Microsoft Excel, Bookings & Forms.
Ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
Proficient customer service skills.
Available for work during normal business hours, weekends and select holidays.
Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
College Degree/Degree in progress (bonus, not requirement).
Experience in a similar role/related field; experience in leasing and social media
Familiarity with property management and leasing (bonus, not requirement).
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Social Media posts using personal cell-phone device.
Periodic travel to other SimplyHome corporate divisions/Real estate brokerages and offices.
