We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the
project management team in the execution and administration of electrical construction
projects. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, scheduling, procurement, and
communication, ensuring seamless coordination between office and field operations.
This role is essential in maintaining project organization, facilitating communication, and
supporting timely and efficient project delivery.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, drawings,
contracts, and meeting minutes.
• Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables; assist with follow-up and
coordination as needed.
• Support material procurement by issuing POs, tracking deliveries, and maintaining logs.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to support project execution and
compliance.
• Assist with project set-up and closeout, ensuring proper documentation is filed and
archived.
• Prepare and distribute internal reports, updates, and communication as directed by the
project team.
• Help monitor project budgets, billing, and invoicing coordination with accounting when
needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards in administrative
processes.
Skills and Qualification
• 2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination,
preferably in electrical or general contracting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Procore,
Rivet, Sage, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or construction-related
education preferred.
