Key Job Functions:

Responsibilities within this position will include:

  • Develop an understanding of our inventory, business model, key opportunities, and biggest challenges.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and engage with new/prospective customers through both telephone and in-person sales calls.
  • Manage pre-call planning, document post-call notes and execute follow-up actions effectively.
  • Articulate our value proposition effectively to both existing customers and future customers.
  • Ability to travel in a wide region, focusing on specialized construction projects.
  • Ability to travel to other regions, corporate offices, trade shows, etc. as needed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes is essential.
  • Must be highly motivated and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to plan effective and efficient sales trips.
  • Must represent PERCO in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated sales proficiency and exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective with both individuals and groups.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
