<\/div>Weâre hiring a handsâon PeopleSoft Security Administrator to design, maintain, and optimize a scalable security model across PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM. You will protect sensitive data, enable secure business processes, and ensure audit and compliance readiness while building flexible controls that support future modules and growth. This role blends application security design, technical troubleshooting, automation, and crossâteam collaboration.

<\/span><\/span><\/p>What you will do<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Design and maintain PeopleSoft security models<\/span><\/span><\/b> including dynamic roles, permission lists, custom roles, rowâlevel and chartfield security, and query security trees.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Manage workflow and route controls<\/span><\/span><\/b> and configure user preferences to support business processes and approvals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Administer access requests and provisioning<\/span><\/span><\/b> to meet business needs while enforcing least privilege and segregation of duties.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Troubleshoot and tune PeopleSoft environments<\/span><\/span><\/b> across web, application, integration, and batch tiers; analyze logs and resolve security incidents.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Automate repetitive tasks<\/span><\/span><\/b> using SQL, shell scripting, and other tools to improve accuracy and speed of security operations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Support patching, upgrades, and production releases,<\/span><\/span><\/b> including environment refreshes and postârelease validation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Participate in audits and compliance activities;<\/span><\/span><\/b> prepare evidence, respond to inquiries, and update documentation to meet internal and external requirements.<\/span>

- Collaborate with DBAs, app sysadmins, developers, functional teams, and business stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/b> to deliver projects, design security objects, and create reports\/queries.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Provide Help Desk support<\/span><\/span><\/b> for securityârelated tickets and escalate issues as needed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
- Be available for occasional onâcall rotation and afterâhours work<\/span><\/span><\/b> to maintain system uptime and support business continuity.<\/span>

- Review security notifications and application logs for errors and anomalies.

- Support functional and development teams with security troubleshooting and configuration.<\/span>

- Process and resolve security tickets and assist end users as appropriate.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Required qualifications<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
- Proven PeopleSoft security experience<\/span><\/b> with HCM and\/or FSCM (designing and administering roles, permission lists, dynamic roles, and query security).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Strong SQL and scripting skills<\/span><\/b> (SQL, Shell, or equivalent) for automation and troubleshooting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Handsâon experience with PeopleTools and App Designer<\/span><\/b> or equivalent PeopleSoft administration tools.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and environment promotions.<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>
- Familiarity with access governance and audit processes,<\/span><\/b> including SOD analysis and evidence preparation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills<\/span><\/b> to work with technical and business teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Ability to work onâsite<\/span><\/b> and participate in occasional afterâhours or onâcall support.<\/span>

- Experience with Integration Broker, DMS, or PeopleSoft reporting tools.<\/span>
