We are seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support our attorneys with transactional and leasing matters. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial real estate transactions and is comfortable managing documentation, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and manage commercial real estate contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, and related transaction documents.
Prepare and review closing documents, title commitments, deeds, and lien releases.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate files and document management systems for ongoing and completed transactions.
Conduct legal research related to commercial property matters, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
Assist attorneys with due diligence, contract negotiations, and transactional support.
Track deadlines, reporting requirements, and ensure all filings are timely.
Minimum 2β4 years of paralegal experience, preferably in commercial real estate law.
Strong understanding of real estate contracts, closings, and title work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management software is a plus.
Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
