Job Summary:
Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) is seeking a Recruiter to support the full cycle recruiting efforts, along with other P&O initiatives and programs as assigned. The P&O Recruiter will work closely with hiring teams on sourcing and hiring top talent. This position will report to the Head of P&O.
The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee RRSNA recruiting process to include posting job requisitions, sourcing candidates, pre-screen interviews, tracking status of candidates in ATS (Workday), background checks, onboarding logistics and maintaining recruitment reports.
- Serve as point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment process.
- Liaising with staffing agencies as needed for identified positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on sourcing strategy and job descriptions.
- Create positions and job requisitions for recruiting.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding actions; responsible for delivering new hire orientation.
- Support the P&O team with the university career fairs, new graduate and internship programs for Renewables NA.
- Support the P&O team on the planning, coordination and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Support other P&O activities and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to time manage and multitask responsibilities with proven ability to meet deadlines Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Education/Experience:
- The legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources. Preferred candidates with previous recruiting experience.
- Previous experience recruiting with Workday preferred.
