We are seeking a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding automotive repair network. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, fleet accounts, and community organizations. The ideal candidate has experience in automotive or fleet sales, thrives on face-to-face interactions, and is motivated by hitting performance goals while providing outstanding customer service.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories, focusing on fleet maintenance contracts, local businesses, dealerships, and municipal accounts.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, understanding their maintenance needs and offering tailored repair and service solutions.
Promote our full suite of services — including brakes, transmission, engine, and collision repair, as well as preventive fleet maintenance programs.
Conduct on-site visits and presentations to showcase the value of our repair services, warranties, and turnaround times.
Negotiate service agreements and pricing to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with operations and management to align on territory growth, service consistency, and client follow-ups.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local business needs to identify new growth opportunities.
Provide customer feedback to leadership and operations teams to enhance service offerings and processes.
Proven experience in automotive, fleet, or B2B sales (required).
Strong knowledge of automotive repair services, maintenance plans, and fleet operations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of building lasting relationships.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leads effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.
