GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Fluid Handling Manufacturer to hire an Outside Sales Representative based in Houston or Dallas, TX. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role for someone who thrives in technical, consultative sales and enjoys building relationships across industrial markets.
Develop new business and expand relationships across assigned territory
Lead consultative sales conversations with technical and engineering stakeholders
Identify and pursue untapped applications and emerging opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Coordinate with internal teams to support quoting, delivery, and installation needs
Technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical buyers
Background in oil and gas or a related process industry (chemical, water/wastewater, industrial manufacturing, etc.)
Understanding of fluid movement systems including piping, valves, and flow applications
Experience selling complex, technical solutions in fluid handling or process-related industries
Methodical, self-sufficient approach with strong territory and time management skills
Highly motivated and driven to win new business
