Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, penetration, and sales of our brands in both the US and Mexico
  • Lead the strategic planning, positioning, and management of assigned brands within the Food & Beverage portfolio.
  • Manage product portfolio, renovation, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Conduct consumer and market research to identify trends, insights, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling campaigns across digital, social, retail, and traditional media.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance, category trends, and campaign effectiveness using data and analytics.
  • Oversee marketing budget and ensure strong ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
