Manufacturing Maintenance Helper

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Helper to join our Facilities and Maintenance team. The Maintenance Helper will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be comfortable with physical tasks, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to the maintenance team's success.

• Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Support maintenance technicians in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify potential issues and report them to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment, fixtures, and components as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment storage.
• Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform general tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging materials as required.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring external service providers or contractors as needed.
• Provide support during emergency maintenance situations or unexpected breakdowns.
• Any other maintenance tasks as needed.
