Your Mission?
As a Manufacturing Line Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring every product meets our high standards. You’ll work alongside a team that values precision, efficiency, and collaboration to keep our operations running at peak performance.
What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):
- Run CNC machinery and equipment like a pro, keeping production moving efficiently and safely.
- Assemble, inspect, or package our cabinets with precision to meet top-tier quality standards.
- Keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Bring fresh ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production; in cabinetry is a must.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision.
- Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Basic mechanical know-how and problem-solving abilities and tape measure reading
- The ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds when required
