We are looking for detail-oriented Machine Operators / Sewers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery and sewing machinery to create high-quality products.
Experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
Set up and operate multi-head embroidery or sewing machines.
Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and output.
Perform basic machine maintenance, such as threading needles and adjusting tensions.
Identify and correct garment or stitching defects during the production process.
Visual Precision: Ability to identify colors and detect subtle differences in patterns, letters, and numbers.
Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to quickly thread needles and manipulate small objects.
Technical Control: Ability to make repeated, precise adjustments to machine controls.
Pace: Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar fast-paced environment.
