Main Purpose of the Job: The KAM Multicultural–National Accounts will lead commercial relationships and business performance with major national and regional grocery retailers and distributors. Responsibilities include joint business planning, negotiation, and execution with partners such as Albertsons, H-E-B, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and distributors including KeHE and UNFI.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage relationships with major grocery retailers and key distributors.
  • Lead joint business planning, including promotional strategy, category growth initiatives, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Negotiate assortment, pricing, promotions, and trade terms to drive growth.
  • Analyze syndicated and retailer data to inform strategy, forecasting, and business performance.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to customer headquarters, key markets, and industry trade shows.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of Key Account Management experience in grocery retail.
  • Experience with Key Accounts such as Kroger, Albertsons, H-E-B, Walmart, KeHE, UNFI.
  • Strong retailer systems knowledge and promotional planning experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-buldings skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
