Objective:
Lead and manage the assigned key accounts and/or distributors to achieve sell-in targets, as well as oversee related performance indicators.


Responsibilities

  • Meet the sales budget for each of your accounts.
  • Conduct corporate negotiations for promotions (Bill Backs) with supermarket chains.
  • Negotiate publications in shoppers.
  • Manage the purchase of spaces within supermarket chains.
  • Review business dealings with distributors and supermarket chains.
  • Develop and monitor growth plans for clients assigned to your sales territory.
  • Negotiate for extra visibility at points of sale.
  • Manage the assigned planogram spaces in various points of sale.
  • Oversee the coding and introduction of new products in distributors and supermarket chains.
  • Implement/suggest strategies and promotions to achieve objectives.
  • Provide occasional support in portfolio recovery management, processing Bill Backs, credits, etc.
  • Collaborate in other activities assigned by your immediate supervisor.
