Impact Property Solutions is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to ensure customer orders are entered in a timely manner. This role must ensure order accuracy, inventory assignment, desired scheduling, customer account maintenance, and speed of material staging. The position also requires excellent data entry skills and problem solving and conflict - resolution skills.
Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with development of new customers/accounts through inbound and outbound networking, cold calls, warm leads, referrals, and customer maintenance calls.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with existing accounts – specifically Property Management and maintenance contacts – to encourage trust, loyalty, and consistent ordering patterns.
- Manage existing customer data and onboard new customer information to ensure our database is accurate and complete.
- Share, manage, and deliver ImpactNOW training programs to the customer to ensure a higher participation in online work orders, access to invoices, timely approvals for work order adjustments, and many other efficiencies for the customer experience.
- Process customer installation and repair orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Receive and communicate new customer work orders. Verify approvals, reschedules, and product substitutions.
- Work with the operations/warehouse teams to ensure that all of the customer’s needs/expectations are met, cancellations or rescheduled installations are communicated, material shorts are property researched, and all material and labor adjustments are approved.
- Communicate with new, current, and lost/declining customers to ensure new work orders are input timely, historical ordering patterns are maintained, and new sales opportunities are identified quickly.
- Effectively partner with assigned Sales Representatives to ensure that the ImpactCRM system is properly and timely updated with notes, customer follow up activities, customer data updates, and new customer campaigns.
- Escalate customer concerns to Outside Sales Representatives and management on a daily basis.
- Assist with customer invoice discrepancy resolution and help maintain accounts receivable balances within expectations.
- Create and manage customer related warranty claims and makes updates to orders in the system.
- Assists with various office and administrative tasks as requested.
