Description


As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a vital point of contact for employees at all levels of the organization. Primary responsibilities will be to manage day-to-day HR activities: payroll, performance management, Employee relations and that the organization is compliant with government regulations. This role requires a strong background in HR management and the ability to effectively manage HR process.


  • Payroll Processing and Administration
  • Benefits Administration
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Performance Management and Compensation
  • Compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Onboarding and Recruiting
  • Data analysis and HR reporting
  • Policy and procedure development and communication
  • FMLA administration
  • TWC Compliance
  • Records Management and audits
  • Learning and Development
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll administration, and Employee Relations (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, (Isolved Payroll HRIS)
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
