<\/div>Position Summary<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>The Human Resources Coordinator represents the HR function by communicating information, processing and monitoring paperwork, and supporting applicants and clerk staff. This role provides administrative HR support, interprets HR policies and regulations, and performs related duties to ensure smooth HR operations.<\/span>

<\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>
- Provide administrative support<\/span><\/b> to HR personnel and the clerk's Office.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Process and prepare HR paperwork<\/span><\/b> for applicants and employees, including onboarding documentation and personnel records.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Communicate and interpret HR laws, procedures, and policies<\/span><\/b>, and explain their impact on daily tasks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Deliver presentations and public\-facing communications<\/span><\/b> to staff and applicants.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Manage multiple projects and priorities<\/span><\/b> while meeting deadlines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
- Perform other duties<\/span><\/b> as assigned within the scope of the position.<\/span>

Required Qualifications and Skills
<\/span>
<\/div>
- Education<\/span><\/b>: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
<\/span><\/li>
- Experience<\/span><\/b>: Minimum of <\/span>one (1) year of related general experience in Human Resources<\/span><\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>
- Public speaking<\/span><\/b>: Minimum of <\/span>one (1) year of public speaking and presentation experience<\/span><\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>
- Communication<\/span><\/b>: Strong <\/span>verbal and written communication<\/span><\/b> skills; able to present information clearly and professionally.
<\/span><\/li>
- Independence<\/span><\/b>: Able to work without direct supervision and exercise sound <\/span>decision\-making, prioritization, and organizational<\/span><\/b> skills.
<\/span><\/li>
- Stress management<\/span><\/b>: Capable of working under stress and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
<\/span><\/li>
- Interpersonal skills<\/span><\/b>: Ability to establish and maintain professional, effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
<\/span><\/li>
- Mobility and physical ability<\/span><\/b>: Ability to travel as needed for office projects and to <\/span>lift and move a minimum of 30 pounds<\/span><\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>
- Regulatory knowledge<\/span><\/b>: Knowledge of and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies that govern HR issues.
<\/span><\/li>
- Employment eligibility<\/span><\/b>: Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
<\/span><\/li>
- Testing<\/span><\/b>: Job\-related testing will be required.
<\/span><\/li>

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
<\/span><\/p>
- Education<\/span><\/b>: At least <\/span>60 hours of college credit<\/span><\/b> in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
<\/span><\/li>
- HR systems<\/span><\/b>: Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
<\/span><\/li>
- Certifications<\/span><\/b>: SHRM\-CP, PHR, or other HR\-related certifications are a plus.
<\/span><\/li>
- Technical skills<\/span><\/b>: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
<\/span><\/li>
- Advanced presentation skills<\/span><\/b>: Experience designing and delivering training or informational sessions to groups.
<\/span><\/li>
- Process improvement<\/span><\/b>: Experience supporting HR process improvements, record\-keeping best practices, or compliance initiatives.<\/span>
