We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with a continuous improvement mindset to join our administrative team. This role is responsible for managing and following up on employee processes, as well as proposing strategies to enhance performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee onboarding and offboarding (ADP)
Salary and position changes
Approval and tracking of vacations, sick days, and PTO
Preparation and control of payroll cover sheets
Uniform management and distribution
Schedule modifications
Support in recruitment and hiring processes
Monitoring and tracking of employee warnings and injury reports
Oversight and follow-up of staff training programs
Propose strategies to improve team performance, training, and compliance
