Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide critical administrative support for the employee onboarding process and generalist HR functions. This position is the Club’s point of contact for all hiring managers as well as essential functions in the Club’s Human Resources Department.

Duties and Responsibilities
Benefits:
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Process new benefits applications and changes; send information to insurance providers
- Maintain current records - new enrollees, changes in coverage, name, address, terminations
- Process Long Term or Life/AD&D Claims
- Provide insurance carriers with up-dated end of year wages for each employee for changes in Long-term and Life/ADD coverage
- Execute the Annual Wellness Program and Open Enrollment with guidance, including pricing, system testing, conducting employee sessions and communications
- Provide on-site support to employees: answer their queries, work on any issues with providers
- Execute day-to-day administrative processes and decisions as they relate to plans
HR Administration:
- Execute the new hire on-boarding/orientation process from the employees’ first day of work
- Maintain all HRIS data to include reporting, management reports
- Maintain all employee files – general and medical
- Order and maintain employee name tags inventory
- Input status/data changes relating to employee new hires, changes to pay rate, personal information and job related information, terminations
- Maintain Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) update for Club designated drivers; CPR certification dates, Food Handler certification, TABC certification and any other certifications recorded in UKG
- Perform important clerical duties e.g. photocopying, faxing, mailing, answering the phone, filing, booking rooms, coordinating catering for meetings
- Assist with the organization and execution of employee training sessions, employee programs, events and/or activities
- Monitor employee bulletin boards and keep all information up-to-date
- Provide administrative support for the annual Scholarship process and luncheon

Your Qualifications
- Likely to be a graduate with a first degree, preferably in HR, management, psychology or business-related discipline or you are SHRM qualified
- 1 years’ previous work or internship experience in a related HR position department (any sector is welcome)
- Speak, read and write fluent/bi-lingual English and Spanish
- You possess a genuine interest in, and expectation of, continuing to develop your career in the HR field
- Strong PC skills, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookup)
- Experience and confidence working with an HRIS system (we use UKG) or similar
- Experience working with employees providing HR-related support helpful but not necessary
