Hospice Nurse Manager
Location: Houston, TX

Overview:
Our Hospice Nurse Manager role provides nursing leadership, oversees compliance activities, and supports quality improvement initiatives within hospice or home health setting. Our hybrid position includes both office and field responsibilities while leading clinical operations and supporting nursing staff.

Position Offers:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
  • Rotating on-call every 3 weeks
  • Competitive annual salary of $95,000–$105,000 (DOE)
  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days in the field
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Pay differential for on-call shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the nursing team
  • Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Conduct clinical and administrative chart audits
  • Participate in the hiring process
  • Provide staff training and development
  • Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Current Texas RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of hospice or home health nursing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
