We are seeking a proactive and skilled Home Health Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our home health agency. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the Home health agency
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients
- Coordinate with other medical professionals, such as physicians, and nurses, to ensure proper healthcare services are provided
- Implement an effective budgeting and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the agency's clients
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement client care plans
Qualifications
