We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Lead to take our creative department to the next level, someone who not only brings exceptional design skills but can also lead and mentor our in-house design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our in-house graphic designer, providing direction, feedback, and guidance.
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality designs for print, digital, social media, and large-scale signage.
- Ensure all creative assets are on-brand and delivered within deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels and projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Proven experience managing or mentoring other designers.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of print production and digital asset requirements.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Full-time, in-office availability.
