Job Overview:

Conduct highly specialized financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investments across different asset classes -- primarily real estate -- using complex financial software and technology tools. Support the underwriting processes for investments, helping to compile, review, and prepare relevant technical data and documentation. Participate in specialized market research and macroeconomic analysis to understand trends and their impact on potential and existing investments, utilizing data analytics tools where appropriate. Contribute to the development and refinement of investment strategies across different asset classes. Assist in reviewing and interpreting financial statements to assess the performance of potential investments, including real estate properties and projects. Aid in the creation and adjustment of highly specialized financial models for a range of investments, becoming familiar with key metrics used in the investment decision-making process and using dedicated financial modeling software. Support the due diligence processes for potential investments and assist in asset management tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and potentially participating in site visits for real estate properties. Prepare detailed investment memorandums, reports, and presentations, summarizing analysis findings and investment recommendations. Assist in monitoring, managing, and reporting on the performance of portfolio investments, staying up-to-date with industry news, market trends, and economic indicators. Foster effective interdepartmental communication and deliver well-prepared investment projects to the fundraising teams. Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.

 

Salary: $87,500 to $98,670 per year

 

Education Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.

 

Must have the following skills: building financial models, analyzing data, and using tools (Solver, formulas, and pivot tables); financial statement analysis and valuation analysis; financial statements (interpreting and analyzing key components: income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements); market analysis and project management; gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from business partners, consultants, and internal teams; and delivering comprehensive analyses and presentation on financial statement analysis and valuation with detailed forecasting.
