Dean’s Professional Services is seeking an experienced recruiter who knows how to run a full desk, build pipelines, and close placements in a high-demand healthcare environment. This is an in-office role based in Houston, where collaboration, speed, and team support drive our success.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands agency-style recruiting, urgency, and performance expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and place healthcare professionals across clinical, allied health and non-clinical roles
- Build strong pipelines and quickly source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver effective talent solutions
- Interview candidates, assess credentials, and prepare them for submission and onboarding
- Manage multiple job orders while meeting performance goals and recruiting KPIs
- Track activity in Bullhorn (or similar ATS) and ensure all healthcare compliance requirements are met

QualificationsQualifications
Experience
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
- Minimum 2 years recruiting within the healthcare industry
Industry Expertise
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the pace of healthcare staffing
- Experience recruiting for clinical, allied, and non-clinical healthcare roles preferred
Technical Skills
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems; experience with Bullhorn ATS is a plus
