About your role:
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include illustrating the electrical design in 3D models and drawing packages completed in AutoCAD. This position will collaborate with engineers to gather the required information and complete tasks, and calculations to complete these drawing packages.

This position works 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. |
40-Hour Work Week |
Monday through Friday, Hours may vary with the workload. |

7-10 years of previous experience utilizing AutoDesk products and multidiscipline team projects specific to the engineering required.
3+ years of leadership experience required. |
Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

In addition to the above-listed essential duties, this role will manage interdepartmental workflow and ensure quality of engineering deliverables. Prepares information needed by the team for upcoming tasks, as well as inter-discipline work being completed to maintain proper project workflow. Interacts with customers as design lead, facilitates interaction between departments and reviews deliverables for design correctness. This role is also responsible for conducting design QA/QC procedures. This position has immediate oversight of team members most of the time performing the same or directly related work as those the position leads. This role sets own goals and determines how to accomplish results with few or no guidelines to follow, although precedents may exist, supervisor provides broad guidance and overall direction. |
